Emerald City Multiball video and Rainbow Flower Field

The Rainbow Flower Field in front of Munchkinland
Today’s JJP update has some pretty cool features. First up is the Rainbox Flower Field sculpt that rests in front of Dorothy’s House mini-playfield. You can also see the Witch’s legs under the house along with the art printed on the mini-playfield.
Next up is the animated Emerald City Multiball video done by JP DeWin that will play on the backbox’s 26″ Well Gardner LCD monitor.
Finally we have official word that all WoZ cabinets will be made out of 9-ply plywood instead of MDF. The game is still on track for assembly starting on March 13th. Read the full email newsletter here.

So far, everything from this machine has really wowed me. But this “RAINBOW” flower field is the ugliest piece of plastic I have ever seen on any pinball machine ever. I hope that is just a placeholder.
The play field will be 11 ply plywood not the cabinet.
It is all relative folks!
Everything on this pin has completely blown away the standard! It looks so good that anything that is not fantastic, seems yucky in comparison. Even things that are nice, but not stellar. My first thought was the flower box was out of place. Not bad, just out of place. It has grown on me. Think about the atmosphere of where it is. It is in muchkin land! A silly colorful child like place. It fits perfectly! It is also very bright and colorful, like a rainbow. Over all, it fits nicely with the entire playfield. I say well done!
Thank you for making a revolutionary game for me and others. So far the pin is setting new standards for the world. Of course you cant please all the people all the time. I am pleased.
If someone is short are they able to see that mini play field; say a 10 year old kid. Wouldn’t the ball go around so fast that a person would be lucky to hit it once and imposible to hit twice?
